About The Role
We are looking for a professional who exemplifies Boston Scientific’s values through clinical excellence and flawless field execution. As a Field Clinical Specialist (FCS) in Urology, you will be a key technical and clinical reference for physicians, surgical teams, and other stakeholders. Your mission will be to enable healthcare delivery by promoting the safe, effective, and optimal use of our innovative products.
Required Qualifications
- Education: University degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or another health-related discipline.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in a clinical or medical settings, preferably with surgical room exposure. Proven track record in technical product support during medical or surgical procedures.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of surgical clinical environments. Skilled in intraoperative support, troubleshooting, and use of advanced medical technologies.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to train, educate, and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, translating technical information into clinical value.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly assess issues during clinical procedures and provide effective and proactive solutions, also ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Business curiosity: Commercially curious, able to identify clinical opportunities that translate into competitive advantages.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clinical support and training initiatives across diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience analyzing clinical data and outcomes.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Understanding of hospital systems, market access pathways, and local healthcare dynamics.
- Previous experience in multinational healthcare companies.
